The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy, either full AHPRA registration or at least Desktop Audit completed with AHPRA and full rights to work in Australia.

Role: Full-time / Part-time (minimum 3 days)

Location: Burpengary/Morayfield, Brisbane, Queensland.

About You:

• 2+ years work experience as an OT

• Experience working (or interest to work with) with children. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Your responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy assessments and interventions to children with a variety of disabilities.

• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans.

• Work with families and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.

• Advocate for the rights of children with disabilities.

• Complete clinical notes and reports in a timely manner.

You should have:

• Proof of qualification Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (B.OT.) degree.

• Either full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. (AHPRA) or at least Desktop Audit completed with AHPRA.

• Fully vaccinated for Covid-19 or medically exempt.

• Valid Australian driver’s licence and your own car.

• A current National Police Criminal Check.

• A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow card) or eligible to attain one.

• Valid Blue Card – Working with Children Check Queensland or willingness to obtain one.

• Optional - Professional Indemnity Insurance (Company covers PII and PLI for all our team members, in case if you would like to have your own!)
