Looking for a Clinic or Community-based OT in Moreton Bay?
We support graduate OTs, OTs rejoining workforce, overseas-qualified OTs, interstate OTs looking to move to the beautiful Moreton Bay region (Brisbane) of Queensland!
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy, either full AHPRA registration or at least Desktop Audit completed with AHPRA and full rights to work in Australia.
Role: Full-time / Part-time (minimum 3 days)
Location: Burpengary/Morayfield, Brisbane, Queensland.
About You:
2+ years work experience as an OT
Experience working (or interest to work with) with children.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Your responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy assessments and interventions to children with a variety of disabilities.
Develop and implement individualised treatment plans.
Work with families and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
Advocate for the rights of children with disabilities.
Complete clinical notes and reports in a timely manner.
You should have:
Proof of qualification Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (B.OT.) degree.
Either full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. (AHPRA) or at least Desktop Audit completed with AHPRA.
Fully vaccinated for Covid-19 or medically exempt.
Valid Australian driver’s licence and your own car.
A current National Police Criminal Check.
A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow card) or eligible to attain one.
Valid Blue Card – Working with Children Check Queensland or willingness to obtain one.
Optional - Professional Indemnity Insurance (Company covers PII and PLI for all our team members, in case if you would like to have your own!)
